This policy explains what data we process on the duelforge.ai website and in the DuelForge AI app (a Telegram Mini App at ver.duelforge.ai), what we use it for and what rights you have. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) apply.
2. The duelforge.ai website
This website is informational: it has no forms and uses no first-party cookies, analytics tools or advertising.
- Technical connection data. When you visit the website, our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service.
- Email. If you write to [email protected], we will process your address and whatever you tell us in order to reply. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in handling it. We keep the message for as long as the conversation lasts and afterwards for as long as necessary to deal with any possible liabilities.
3. The DuelForge AI app
In the app we only process the following data:

The app is not aimed at anyone under 18. If we learn that we have received data from a minor, we will delete it.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: account data while your account is active; usage data in aggregate form or for as long as needed for catalogue statistics. After that, it is blocked for the legal limitation periods and then deleted.
5. Recipients and providers
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting and network (Cloudflare). The app opens inside Telegram, which processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, such as encrypted connections and restricted access to our systems.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
